Thermoplastic Poly-Olefin Membrane

TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a single-ply roofing membrane. It features three layers: a TPO polymer base, a polyester-reinforced scrim, and a TPO top ply. Developed as an alternative to rubber and PVC roofs, TPO is one of the fastest-growing roofing systems, now comprising about 40% of the commercial roofing market. Its widespread use among commercial property owners is due to its many benefits.

Benefits of TPO

  • Quick Installation: Easy and clean with fewer seams.

  • Cost-Effective: Affordable and reduces labor costs.

  • Durable: Resistant to mold and flexible.

  • Eco-Friendly: Reflects heat, resists UV, and is 100% recyclable.

  • Easy Maintenance: Heat-welded seams simplify repairs.
